 Continental Coatings Career Opportunities

Provide recruiting related support for HR managers. Prepare job description and recruiting forms for new hires. Post job openings and work with temp agency to identify potential employees. Process new employee paperwork and create new employee files. Maintain employee file and update employee data changes. Work with management to conduct performance review annually. Maintain employee benefits (vacation days, sick days, 401K, etc.). Manage employee time off requests. Respond to employment verification. Schedule exit interview and prepare final paperwork/paycheck. Collaborate with management to hold employee training, such as non-harassment training.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in Human Resource Management, Sociology, or related.
  • One year of work experience in office environment.
